Nicola is a Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Insurance professional who has spent the last 18+ years of her career helping organizations create and protect value.

Nicola graduated with an MBA from the Mona School of Business and Management at the University of the West Indies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree in distance learning from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, class of 2024.

Nicola’s experiences span auditing, accounting, fraud investigation and governance, and risk management in the insurance, aviation, manufacturing, distribution, and utility regulatory industries.

Jermaine Johnson

Co-Founder | Director Projects – General Construction

Jermaine worked in the general construction industry for over ten years. His areas of specialization include infrastructure and road works, construction of sewer, construction of bridges, general building construction, and commercial and residential plumbing services.

Denis Johnson

Senior Technical Consultant

Denis served the construction industry for over fifty years with a focus on plumbing, sewer, and main drain infrastructure. Educated at Clueweston Community College in Florida, USA, his extensive years of experience covers the development of the Government of Jamaica High School. Public Hospitals, major housing developments within gated communities, housing schemes, private dwellings, hotels, and resorts. His vast experience and knowledge of the sector allow him to work extensively in Jamaica, Cayman Island, Turks, and Caicos, and Aruba; allowing him to garner a great understanding and knowledge of building and environmental regulations and permits within the region.

Jermaine Johnson

Management Trainee

Jermaine worked in the construction industry for 15+ years. His area of expertise includes construction project planning, budgeting, residential buildings, roads and bridges, plumbing and sewer, infrastructure and road works, waste removal landscaping.

Jermaine is responsible to manage all construction, plumbing, landscaping and gardening related activities as well as manage and oversee the work of all the construction team. Jermaine has completed professional courses in project management, customer service and supervisory management.

Under the supervision, guidance and the support of the Director Projects, Jermaine is being coached to embrace various aspects of the business operations.
